Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Please follow the procedure reported below and indicated on the return form that arrived with your order

Fill out the Return Form and make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund.

Your return will be insured in case of theft or loss during transport only if returned via the procedure explained above. You can only send your return from the country where you placed the order. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be made. You will be refunded after the warehouse has received and checked the return, this process can take up to 10 business days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total sum of your return refund, with the exception of defective items. 


SIZE CHANGE

If you wish to make a size change, you can request a replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order using the online form. It is only possible to exchange the purchased item for the same item in a different size if available. If you prefer to exchange for another item, you will have to request a return and make a new purchase. Once we receive the product to be exchanged at our warehouse we will send you the new size. The new tracking number will be communicated to you by e-mail when the new size is shipped. The products to be returned for replacement must not be used, worn or damaged, must have the identification tag attached to the product and must be returned in their original packaging with their accessories and instruction manuals. Goods returned in conditions that do not comply with the above will not be replaced or refunded. Once a size change has been made, it will no longer be possible to request a new exchange. The new size can be returned for a refund.
